Scarecrow Decorating Competition

Event Description
Want a chance to win prizes and have some old fashioned fun? Come decorate a scarecrow outside of the chat between 12-4 on Friday the 13th. Best dressed scarecrow wins a prize. The catch? All items used to decorate the scarecrows will be donated to the Day Room in West Chester. Free refreshments and pumpkin painting all day!
